Welcome to Hawthorne Histories: An Anthropological Survey of Portland, Oregon’s Coolest Neighborhood through Circus. We are taking inspiration from our favorite nature documentaries and are bringing them a little bit closer to our performance space’s neighborhood. Help us explore the hidden histories of Hawthorne, meet the regular resident types, local fauna, and uncover the eccentricities of why we love this part of Portland!

With all original work presented by Echo staff, we will take you through our favorite neighborhood, exploring the hidden histories and aspects that make this part of Portland so special to all of us.
