  • The email confirmation you receive when you register should state the session dates for that specific class. You can also check our Classes page to see which days we are out of service this term, and keep an eye on your email for unplanned cancellations.

  • Echo Theater (1515 SE 37th Ave): Yes. Our main entrance is at sidewalk level and our gender-neutral restrooms, theater, and seating are ADA accessible.

    Echo West (1420 NW 17th Ave): Partially. Our main entrance is accessible via ramp, and our lower floor and gender-neutral restrooms are ADA accessible. The upper floor is not currently ADA accessible.

  • Account credits can now be viewed through our online registration system. They are applied automatically at checkout unless deselected.

    Discount, credits, and special offers cannot be applied after a transaction has been processed. If you have questions about how to apply a discount, credit, or special offer, please contact us before completing the transaction.

    Account credit can be applied to any ETC purchase (including tuition, tickets, merchandise, etc) and expire one year after the date it is applied to the account. If you need assistance using your credit, please contact our office BEFORE completing your purchase.

    Account credits cannot be converted to a refund unless both of the following are true:

    • The credit was originally offered in a situation where a refund was an option, according to our policies.

    • It has been less than 30 days since the credit was issued.

  • You may be eligible to receive credit or a refund based on your situation. Please see our full credit/refund guidelines on our School Policies page under “Payments/Refunds/Credits.”

  • Please refer to our full class, camp, and open gym/jam policies here. Private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
